What information will the pharmacist be asking for when they call me?

In Canada, it’s a requirement that the pharmacist speaks with the patient before filling any prescriptions.  The pharmacy doesn’t have any patient history or allergy information and pharmacists are obligated to ask questions about medical conditions, medications you currently take, what you plan to use the medications for, what vitamins you take, etc. as there can be potential interactions that can affect patient safety.
