How often can I reorder my medications?

REORDERS
JASE CASE
You can order a Jase Case annually for each person in your household that meets our requirements. You can order an additional Jase Case to keep at a different location. This will allow you to order up to 4 full Jase cases per year, per person, providing they are kept at different locations. Order now.

JASE DAILY
You may purchase a one year supply of each of your medications that we carry.  We are unable to offer more than a one year supply-even if you have multiple locations. You may purchase these annually after 365 days have passed since your previous purchase. If you have any questions on when you will be eligible to reorder daily medications, please reach out to our customer service team. Order now.

REPLENISHMENTS
You are able to replenish medications that have been used within 365 days of purchase, these will be verified by the physician that they were used in an appropriate manner. This is at the physician’s discretion.

We have launched a new login process on our website that will enable you to replenish (reorder) your antibiotics from your original Jase Case purchase or add any of our add-ons, like fluconazole, ondansetron, ivermectin, and many more! All medications that you are eligible to purchase will show up. If it doesn’t appear, it means that you are ineligible either because need to complete the waiting period (two weeks after the initial Jase Case purchase) before ordering or it means that you have already purchased the maximum amount allowed in one year.

To “log in” please start the ordering process again by going to www.jasemedical.com and selecting “Products” and Then “Jase case” then “buy now“. Then Select “Existing Patient” and then select “Standard Jase Case (18 or older)” and press “continue”

*If you are not within the 365 days since the date of your last order, you will need to purchase a whole new Jase Case. The replenishments are offered when you are within 365 days of the date of purchase.
**When logging in be sure to use the same name (including abbreviations, middle names, or initials) and email that your original purchase was under. If you are having any issues, please reach out so we can further assist you!
***Please note that if you select to replenish the doxycycline, the replenishment quantity is 10, not 120 as in the original Jase Case purchase.
****If you are only wanting the add-ons you will want to select the option that says “I only want to order new add-on medications I haven’t purchased yet.”
