Order Issues?

Delivery Issue

If you experience any issues with your recent order, please report them to our support team at answers@jase.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown by your tracking information.

Our team will investigate and resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional information to assist with the investigation. Please note that issues reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be investigated.

Order Problem

You must contact customer service at answers@jase.com within 30 days of tracking showing your order has been delivered. After this time, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Please thoroughly check your order upon arrival
