Returns & Refunds For NON-RX items

Q: What happens when I return an item?
A: You’re responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store. Once the store receives it, they will evaluate the condition of the returned item(s).*store items do not apply to any types of medications, all medications are nonrefundable
Q: What if the item isn’t in new condition when it arrives?
A: Any item that isn’t returned in new condition (for example, if it’s been opened) will be charged accordingly, in addition to a 10% restocking fee.
Q: How is my refund calculated?
A: Once the condition-based charges and the 10% restocking fee are determined, you’ll be refunded the difference.
