How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled any time before RX’s are sent to the pharmacy to be filled. There is a $40.00 non-refundable fee for every order, once the order has received by the pharmacy, we cannot guarantee it can be stopped, canceled or refunded. Reach out to our support team at answers@jasemedical.com.
