If you experience any issues with a delivery, please report it to our support team at answers@jasemedical.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the tracking information.
Our team will investigate and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis, additional information may be requested to help with the investigation. Please note that issues reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be investigated.
