Order Issues?

If you have any issues with a product or are missing a product, you have 30 days from the date it shows delivered by the tracking information, to report it to our support team at answers@jasemedical.com. All issues are solved case by case basis. Our team will investigate and resolve issues accordingly. Any issues reported 30 days, after delivery, will not be investigated.
