Still have questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a call from the physician?
Depends on your state. Some states require a live encounter with the physician. In those cases you will receive a call from the physician. Otherwise, you will only receive a call if the physician has unanswered questions regarding your current medications or allergies.
I didn’t receive my tracking number?
If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at answers@jasemedical.com
Do you accept HSA cards?
You should be able to use your HSA card. Ultimately, it will depend on your insurance and we encourage checking with them before attempting to use your card. Some have very particular requirements, specifically an itemized cost break down of each medication which we cannot provide.
What if I have an allergy to one of the antibiotics?
We leave it up to the consulting physician to make a substitution if there are allergies. There is almost always a substitution that can be made. You MUST notate any allergies on your submission form. We cannot make substitutions once the order is placed.
How long can the antibiotics be stored?
Regulations require a pharmacist to place an expiration date of one year on most medications that they dispense. However we encourage you to look into ongoing studies to extend the shelf life of medication such as the “shelf life extension program.” Remember to always store your medication in a cool dry place to maximize its viability.
Do you accept insurance?
Jase Medical does not accept any type of health insurance.
